Mike has over 12 years in real estate sales and rental management experience. His working career has been wide and varied as he has many interests and is multi-talented. He enjoyed and excelled in high technology with Nortel Networks where he held positions in Senior Reliability Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, and as a Certified Project Management Professional directing diverse software development teams globally. Mike is committed to rental management of properties and is skilled at working with tenants and owners alike. He is a graduate of UNC Greensboro with a BS in Business and Economics. He serves as Broker in Charge of 20/20 Rental Management and values client relationships and is committed to excellence in his endeavors. He is married with two kids and has lived in Raleigh for more than 30 years.

Carrie received her degree from the University of Central Florida in Accounting. She has 22 years’ experience in the industry. Carrie relocated to Raleigh in 1999 where she resides with her husband and children.

Crystal Wright is a proud graduate of Queens University of Charlotte with over 5 years’ experience in the property management field. She started her career working as a leasing consultant within the tax credit affordable housing sector then later in worked as an assistant manager of conventional apartment homes. Crystal passions projects include working with at-risk populations & getting more women involved in technology.
